When should I book ?
The number of places is strictly limited and we advise that you book as early as possible in order to guarantee that you can reserve your chosen period.
Payment
Fill in the booking form with all the required information. Attach 2 photographs of the participant. At the time of booking €400 is required to secure the reservation.The balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 4 weeks of intended departure date ,it should be accompanied by the full payment. Payment can be made in the following ways,by cheque,by bank transfer or by sending us by fax your credit card details.

After Booking ;
Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail,once the payment has arrived.Please send the flight details(Arrival and Departure) as soon as the are booked.
Four weeks prior to departure you will be sent the details of your host family.
Cancellation.
If you have to cancell ,please notify the Key Institute
as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows,
More that 30 days prior to departure €80
21 days – 8 days 50% of holiday price
7 days – 2 days 75% of holiday price
Less than 2 days 100% of holiday price.
Important
Any holiday not paid for after 30 days prior to departure
is condsidered cancelled.
Discipline.
Any student not obeying the rules of the institute will be reported to his/her parents.Continual unacceptable behaviour will mean automatic return home at parents expense.
